Nguyet Ha brings her dreamy take on beloved vocal standards, moving effortlessly from intimate and delicate to bright, energetic swings. And when Blake takes the mic beside her, you never quite know what kind of duet you'll get.

A Sunday night with plenty of twists and turns. Soft Paws Jazz Trio and a guest saxophonist move freely between jazz, blues, pop, Vietnamese songs and vocal standards, with playful rhythm changes, unexpected quotes, and spontaneous detours along the way. You may recognize the song — you just might not recognize it for long.

Who are we?

Blake's House of Jazz was founded in 2022 by a group of friends who wanted to create the kind of jazz club they would want to spend an evening in.

Intimate, lively, and never quite predictable, Blake's brings live jazz close to the audience, with cocktails, drinks, and good company completing the experience. We believe a great jazz show should feel like something you don't want to miss — something that pulls you out of the ordinary and leaves you refreshed.

Come for the jazz. Have a drink. Stay for the unexpected.
